CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT DISCLOSURE

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (codified as Cal. Civ. Code § 1714.434) (the “Act”) requires manufacturers and retail sellers to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chain for tangible goods offered for sale. Pixelle takes this obligation seriously and understands its essential role in improving people’s lives in a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable manner.

Pixelle is committed to making premiere products sourced from ethical, trustworthy and accountable suppliers. Pixelle has an expectation that its suppliers strictly comply with Pixelle's Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes a blanket prohibition on unlawful employment practices, exploitation of children in the workplace and the use of forced labor. In addition, Pixelle has adopted a Statement of Principles on Child Labor and Forced Labor that is based on International Labor Organization conventions and national laws.
